Return and exchange policy

1 - Please contact customer service on our website info@mypapuci.ro and request a return or exchange of the product to stimulate your decision, indicating the products you wish to return and the reason.

2 - After receiving the return steps from us, please return the products in their original packaging along with the documents that came with the product packaging properly before handing it over to the shipping company.

3 - Any returned product will be subject to quality control. If the control is positive, we will refund the money to you according to the chosen method (voucher or cash). If the check is negative, the amount paid will not be refunded and your product will be returned to you.

4 - Most refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days after we receive your products.

5 - Please check your item as soon as you receive it. Any damage must be reported to us immediately.

Conditions of exchange and return

 1. After receiving the order, you have 14 days to determine whether the products are suitable for you, if not, you can certainly send them to us and we will gladly accept the return     of the items. After this period, it can no longer be traceable.

2. The products to be returned must be in the condition in which you received them and not used and in their original packaging.

3. We do not accept any product that has been used, damaged or altered in any way.

4. We do not accept products returned directly to us without first checking with us.

5. Shipping tax applies to exchanged and returned products. When you invoice the item, you pay the carrier while you invoice the return.

6.- Please describe the reason for the request for replacement of the product in addition to the code, product and size of the new product / article requested

Observation :

Not all items in an order can be returned. You can choose the item you want to return. However the returned items must be in their original conditions, otherwise the return will be refused.
